Submission guidelines
JPP manuscripts are submitted and handled through Sage. Read the journal’s submission guidelines before preparing a manuscript.
Licence and declarations
JPP does not use a separate copyright transfer form. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International licence (CC BY-NC 4.0); after acceptance, Sage emails instructions to complete the open access process online, including signing the licence.
Funding and conflicts of interest are declared at submission. The journal follows the recommendations of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
Publication ethics
JPP follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), ICMJE and World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) guidance, and Sage’s publication ethics policies.
